CHAMPION OF CHILD NUTRITION AWARD

Due on or before March 1st

Recognizes non–school foodservice partners whose advocacy, legislative leadership, or policy support has significantly advanced child nutrition programs in New York State. Traditionally associated with the Legislative Action Conference, this award honors elected officials, government leaders, and allied organizations.

ELIGIBILITY:

• Elected or appointed officials

• Government agencies or employees

• Allied organizations or partners

• May not be NYSNA foodservice members

AWARD:

The award will consist of a plaque to be given at the NYSNA Annual Conference.

***This recognition is not awarded annually, but on an “as deserved” basis.
