Does not include additional extension cords or power strips.
*All Locations: Single outlet - $65
*ONE heat lamp per table - will be strictly enforced.
*1000 watts per table MAX.
NO ovens, NO microwaves on show floor/table.
Kitchen Access is included in your registration fee. In order to obtain access to the kitchen, the box must be checked on the application/contract form. You are responsible for bringing your own supplies and equipment.
Brand Visibility Opportunities are designed to increase visibility and strengthen relationships with school nutrition professionals across New York State. From event bag branding to President’s Dinner co-sponsorships and RIS Supporting Sponsorships, these opportunities offer valuable recognition before, during, and after the event.

Company logo will be placed on the event bags that each attendee receives at registration for all RIS locations.
President’s Dinner & Board Installation Co-Sponsors $1,500 (2 available)
One (1) complimentary ticket to the Presidents Dinner. 5-minute speaking opportunity at the banquet (welcome or closing remarks). Complimentary advertising in banquet program. Distribute drink tickets and greet guests during Happy Hour.
RIS Supporting Sponsor $250
One (1) complimentary ticket to the Presidents Dinner. Placement in the Regional Passport Game (all RIS locations). Recognized at Presidents dinner and RIS during program.
