All companies participating in direct diversion in New York have been invited to showcase their commodity options for schools to explore and select for next year’s menus. This is your chance to connect directly with vendors, sample products, and see what’s new and available! While the spotlight will be on commodities, all corporate members are invited to participate and share their innovative products and services. Processors will be serving prepared, cooked samples of the exact commodity items featured on the survey forms – each labeled with the item code you’ll need for ordering. Plus, we’ll be highlighting vendors whose products qualify for the 30% – don’t miss this opportunity to discover and support local options! Please note: December weather can be unpredictable. How many CEUs can I earn?Up to 3 CEUS What is NYSNA's Cancellation Policy?Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received in writing by November 21, 2025 (For Long Island Show) and December 1, 2025 (For Albany & Rochester Shows) . Refunds will be processed less a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after those dates, or for NO SHOWS. All registered attendees are responsible for the full-balance due; cancelled and No-Show registrations are responsible for total balance due. Cancellation requests may be submitted via email to [email protected] Refunds and/or credits will be issued within 30 days AFTER the conference. "No Shows" will be billed - please be sure your districts understand this policy when submitting a PO for registration.
